Budding Poets Compose Own Poems
April is National Poetry Month. The students have enjoyed reading and writing a variety of poetic styles this year. Now they have the opportunity to share some of their favorite pieces with their classmates through the third grade poetry project. Posters displaying favorite poems, a poetic analysis, and original writing will be shared on May 1st. Be sure to check the backpack for a more detailed project description.
