Just the Facts!

                  Fact Mastery Now Includes Multiplication

The key to success in mathematics is timely, accurate recall of the basic facts. Addition should be mastered at the conclusion of grade one, subtraction at the end of grade two, multiplication by the holiday break in grade three, and division by the end of grade three. For students to successfully solve the multi-step computation problems that are part of the third grade curriculum mastery of the four basic operations is essential. Please continue to practice and review for ten minutes each night.
